COEXISTENCE

<COEXISTENCE> guides the viewers to the reconstructed space in the digital environment and asks the relationship between reality and the virtual world. The work pays attention to various forms of relationships, including the relationship between the self and the other, which suggests the coexistence of the relationship and the coexistence of time and space. As visitors enter the exhibition space, they encounter three time and spaces, consisting of the 1940s, 1980s, and present. Character entities in each time and space react in real time according to the movement of the viewer and can move to other time and space. In this work with an interactive nature, the viewer becomes a medium connecting three time and space beyond the passive form of viewing. As the motion data containing the movements of the viewers is accumulated, another dimension of temporality is given, which creates various platforms that coexist beyond the physical space.
